At Fred & Peanut, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it easy.
🔁 Returns (Change of Mind)
We accept returns for change of mind under the following conditions:
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- A restocking fee may apply
⚠️ Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
You may be entitled to:
- A replacement
- A repair
- A full refund
For approved claims, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
📦 How to Start a Return
To request a return:
- Email us at sales@fredpeanut.com.au
- Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the item is faulty or damaged)
- Wait for approval before sending your item back
Please note: returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you’d like a different item:
- Return your original item
- Place a new order for your preferred product
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been opened, used, or are not in original condition
❌ Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch
- Once shipped, orders must follow the return process above
